This is an issue which has catastrophic ramifications on the lives and livelihoods of the victims of political, judicial, legislative and law enforcement corruption.

Most of these individuals, we believe, may be, or are actively part of politically ingrained nepotism and other fraternal and sorority connections which have stated goals of undermining American Constitutional Due Process of Law as envisioned by it founders and enshrined in the 13th and 14th Amendments to the US Constitution. Violations of Public Trust which reeks havoc on the lives and family members of its victims, which in turn undermines the Fundamental Principles of Free and Legitimate Government.

However, that is not all. It is a fundamental Maxim of law that "fraud does not become legitimized with the passing of time. Fraud in one thing is fraud in all things" falsus in uno is falsus in omnibus." 

Moreover, when one assumes the reigns of political office (judicial, legislative, executive, law enforcement or even as a BAR Association Member Attorney) they take on a Sacred Trust to protect and defend the rights guaranteed to We, the People (their Masters and Employers) by our Primary Social Compact --the US and State Constitutions. Any violation of such constitutional mandatory prerequisites places that person in the hot seat to justify their actions, acts, frauds, omissions and or negligence in office, in relation to them having sworn the Constitutionally required and mandatory Oath.

Violation of said oath of office may be criminal in nature. Affording no form of protection for the perpetrator(s) to hide behind the cloak of immunity or silence; and what we are now constantly discovering in droves of fraudulent responses is that, by proper Open Records Requests most of the defendants who are the targets of our independent sovereign and qui tam actions and investigations, to protect the indigenous and tribal rights of our members, do not even have the requisite and mandatory oath on record or file anywhere in the archives of the appointing agency. A free-fall and cesspool for corruption on the public dime. Moreover, most of the people investigated by us are career criminals at this. Usually enforcing their private and political agendas through the corruption of the Offices of state and municipal Magistrates, Judges and District Attorneys, as well as the State Attorneys Generals. An Axis of Evil which is not recording and not reporting their victim counts.

See the Light? Our investigations through the Office of the Imperial Command of the Emperor's ALIEN ENEMY HIGH COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS© sheds light on a growing plague that has taken the lives of, and has devastatingly impacted the lives and careers of more people throughout the centuries of our colonization within our own lands by racist regimes, and the political institutions of slavery that the body count requires a chronicle of its own, and this is not even the tip of the iceberg. We have also uncovered a deadly precedent of practice among these corrupt officials to enforce their frauds and crimes through the full sanction of the Sacred Courts.

So in our campaigns, We the Sovereign Indigenous People of our respective nations of the MEIDA already know that, asking for Justice from kidnappers and thieves on stolen land is very dangerous, especially since some of these cabals wield consumable power and the ability to unquestionably destroy lives at the stroke of a pen or push of a button.

However, our opposition does not have the luxury of public support for any of their corruptions and seeking to see some fundamental Rule changes, we ask the audience to pay attention to another great Maxim of Law which states " one cannot create a liability without creating the instant remedy." (tort compensation claims).

As a matter of law, one who assumes political office or public service must not only have their sworn or affirmed oath signed and filed into the record of the Secretary of State's Office or at a bare minimum filed with the hiring or appointing agency's Open Records Office, said individual or employee (i.e. Public SERVANT) must also give a mandatory Public Officer's Bond as assurance for their fidelity to said oath while acting or operating in office.

Without such lawful credentials established prior to assuming the duties of said office the appointment or hiring is unlawful, incomplete and premature. Thereby, rendering that person's employment null and void and of no lawful or legal consequence. Reducing their actions, statements and signature on documents to that of fraud for impersonating a public officer or servant which is an underlying criminal issue and matter that must be investigated upon discovery and resolved before any further valid or legitimate proceedings can continue.

These are real issues and real matters which cannot be taken lightly. We all have a national duty to protect our fundamental offices and institutions of free government and to deny corruption a foothold, much less a seat in it.

Watching the blatant undermining of American Politics, Justice, Freedoms, etc. just to deny so-called "African Americans and People of Color) within the geographical boundaries of North America the right to pruge themselves from the Sin of Slavery and Denationalization is an issue which should no longer be tolerated by a civilized world with access to technologies and information unimaginable to any previous generation which has ever walked this Earth. Moreover, once it is discovered that an agent does not have the proper credentials (Oath and Bond) on record with his/her agency then it's time to take action and demand accountability for two (2) main reasons: (1) that person is now identified as an impersonator of a public servant; therefore all of their actions are now deemed criminal in nature and must now be investigated and prosecuted regardless of alleged, pretended or purported office, title or rank; (2) that person for the entire duration of their employment has been illegally and unlawfully collecting their pay and negotiating their paycheck which is also a criminal action of fraud for embezzlement of public funds for Selective Enforcement of the Law. These are not fictitious problems and as a matter of law, We the People have a remedy in law called a qui tam under the Qui tam Actions, to bring suit and demand accountability in the name of We, the People of their respective states. Whereby, We, the People can now effectively eliminate their corrupt gothic practice of claiming immunity once caught in the act or exposed.
